We only accept returns and/or exchanges of products if:

1. You receive an incorrect item - If you receive a product you did not order, do not open the product. The item must be in its original unopened packaging and grinderPUNCH must be contacted within 30 days of your receipt of shipment. For incorrect shipments, we will also pay the return shipping costs. Incorrect shipments only include discrepancies between the invoice and product shipped.
2. You receive a defective item - Test run your product before you put it to good use! If your item is damaged during shipment or non-functioning, please contact grinderPUNCH (through the Refund Request tab by logging into your account). You must contact grinderPUNCH within 30 days of your receipt of shipment. The product must be in original condition and include all packaging and accessories. Defective items may be handled by the manufacturer. If this is the case, we will provide you with contact information regarding your specific case.
3. You would like to exchange/return an unopened item - The item must be in its original unopened packaging and grinderPUNCH must be contacted within 30 days of your receipt of shipment. We will exchange the returned item for another item on grinderPUNCH or you may also request a refund. The refund will be less a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all costs associated with the return (including shipping costs). Any products received after the 30 day period will be credited with store credit.
4. After the 30 day period after the sale has been made, we will not accept any returns for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.If shipping products back to grinderPUNCH we strongly recommend that you insure your package(s). We are not liable for package(s) that are lost and/or damaged during shipping.

If opened, your product MUST BE THOROUGHLY CLEANED. IF THE UNIT IS NOT THOROUGHLY CLEANED, YOUR RETURN WILL BE REFUSED. NO EXCEPTIONS
