This pin is in excellent vintage condition. The gold rim of the cameo is not dented or damaged, and the rose quartz does show light scratches from general age, but this is only visible on close inspection, and from afar just adds to the vintage feel of the item. The pin on the back is still hinging smoothly and clips firmly.
