This means that, no matter what you pay for your winning offer, shipping will ALWAYS be $5.99 and that includes insurance. U.S.A. Shipments
Orders in the states will generally be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your payment (except weekends) and your purchase(s) will be sent out United States Postal Service 1st Class Mail with tracking # and delivery confirmation for $5.99. Insurance is included in the $5.99 charge for all U.S.A. shipments. You will receive an auto email from PayPal with a tracking # on it once a shipping label is generated, so no need to ask us for one. Shipping, postage, handling and insurance is all included in the $5.99.

Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom Shipments
Edsvictoriangems is happy to announce that we are now shipping to Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. Shipping will be sent out USPS International Express for a7 day combined shippingrate of $35 to Canada and $45 to Australia and the U.K., which is our cost. There are NO Exceptions to our USPS International Express ship fee, as again, we are doing this at cost.

One, it is the only way we can track the package to your door step, and Two, our jewelers block insurance requires anything shipped outside the U.S.A. to be shipped this way.
