Necklace is 17.5\" long with varying shades of green mostly oval freshwater pearls that measure approx. 7mm-8mm. This pearl necklace is knotted between the pearls, clean, and in excellent condition, weighing about 35.4 grams. The clasp works well with no damage. Necklace has a security fishhook clasp that is not marked, but tested as 14k and does not attract to a magnet. The clasp hook is also unmarked, tested as 14k, but does have an attraction to a magnet, so perhaps high content gold-filled over base metal for strength? The silk strands are wrapped with gold wire at the clasp indicating the clasp is original to the pearls. This is an amazing price! Perfect to keep for yourself - Perfect to give as a gift!
