Off the well-beaten path of country singing celebrities and family entertainers you will find Wyndham Mountain Vista, 4 miles South of the renowned Highway 76. Close by you can enjoy golf, tennis, fishing at near by lakes and horseback riding. Spend evenings on the Branson Strip. Experience foot-stomping fun at music theaters, or the illuminated glow of the neon lights from the many atttractions. The property has 3 sections in a 4 mile radius, so plan to drive to most of the amenities. A limited shuttle service runs throughout the property.
The units at Wyndham Branson at the Falls each have air conditioning, washers and dryers, microwaves, phones and TV's. The 1BR and 2BR Lockoff units have a porch or balcony and full kitchen. Studio units have a queen bed, are 1 room, & bathroom. They have a partial kitchen, no balcomy\porch & sleep only 2 people. 1BR units sleep Max 4/Priv 2 with 1 bath, a King bed and sleeper sofa. 2BR lock-off units sleep max 6/Pri 4, with 2 baths, 1 King bed, 1 Queen Bed and 1 sleeper sofa. A credit card deposit is required at check-in. Call ahead for alternate check- in instructions if you plan to arrive after 6PM. This is one section of a large resort and some amenities will be as far as 4 miles from your unit. There are stairs to access most units, and no elevator available. Pets are not allowed, and all units are non-smoking. You must be at least 14 or with an adult to access the rec. center..

All funds (Payment) are held in Resort Closings, Inc.. Escrow. They are a licensed, bonded, and insured Closing Company. Funds will be held in escrow until ownership has been transferred, ensuring the buyer 100% protection of ownership and funds.
The average closing time (receipt of funds/paperwork to final documents sent to the resort) is 4-6 weeks. Some resorts require ROFR which can delay the closing 15-30 days. If the buyer purchases Title Insurance (when available) it will increase closing time 3-4 weeks, on average. Some resorts and locations may have other closing processes that make the closing time longer.
