I am pleased to offer youthis wonderful old "Scootles" character doll. Reference tells me this doll was designed by Rose O'Neill, 1925.I do not know her past history since she is from a doll estate but will try to describe her the best I can.Measures just under 16" tall being all composition jointed at the neck, arms and legs being strung fine. Chips & wear on the fingers of the right hand (see photo), fingers are all there. There is composition line crazing throughout, small paint lifting on upper back below neck and overall wear. A wonderful character face with oil painted blue eyes and sly smile on her face. She has painted molded dark blonde hair. "Scootles"is dressed in a vintage blue & white heart dress with a snap down the back and wears knit booties on her feet.I have taken plenty of photos,please look at my photos as they will serve as part of this description.
