This tomesimportance in heraldry of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Scotland is famous: shows virtually all the coats of arms of English nobility silograficamente played masterfully described in the colors and content. For each of the families is offered a brief genealogy, a chronology, and, very rarely, even the arms (when known) of corsorte. From Princely House to Baron and the Count, all the English nobility is present with its pedigree, the arms, the composition of the family. Gorgeously engraved work with an attention to detail not seen in many heraldry works. Don Quixote would be proud of such a tome.

Work is in very good- shape for its age. Newer leather in in nice shape with the corners being bent. Pages in nice shape. Engraved title relaid. Some darkening and dirty marks at the bottom margin on first 6 leaves. Burn mark to about 15 leaves. Adark splotch in the margin on 5 leaves.Damp staining to 45 leaves covering 1/3 of page can be seen onfive of the plates as pictured. Worming to 8 leaves. Offsetting to most of the coat of arms.STUNNING EXAMPLE OF THIS WORK!
