Very rare 16MM print of King Kong (1933). This is the classic 1933 original with amazing special effects for its time. Complete movie on two full 14\" reels...except, of course, the usual censored scenes are not on this version (sniffing Fay Wray, spider pit, stepping on people)...estimated running time is 100 minutes. Please see Condition Description and pictures for quality. I took pictures with my cell phone so they will look better straight from the projector.
A film crew goes to a tropical island for an exotic location shoot and discovers a colossal giant gorilla who takes a shine to their female blonde star. He is then captured and brought back to New York City for public exhibition.
