This AMAZING Picture of an Indian is 31" TALL BY 23" WIDE and the Frame is 1-1/2" THICK and Sighting Size is Slightly over 19" BY 11"...
I was Very Fortunate to acquire this picture at an Estate sale. The date is unknown but is said to be around the 1700's.
As you can observe, this is a Charcoal Drawing. It does NOT have a Glass over the picture.
I tried to show all of the areas of the Frame so that you are well informed before your Purchase.
The Wood looks like Mahogany but I am not 100% sure. It has a Softer feel to the back of it.
The GESSO is Very Exquisitely and Intricately Detailed and the Design is Incredible throughout.
