1725 William Fleming Sterling Silver Sauce Boat/brandy Warmer,vintage Repro For Sale
A Tuttle Silversmiths(Boston) vintage 1951 sterling silverreproduction of a 1725 William Fleming sauce boat or brandy warmer. The boat measures 2 1/2" height x 3 1/2" wide at the bulbous mid-section and has a gross weight of 5.2 troy ounces. The ebonized wood handle is just over 3" long. Spout on one side. Condition is excellent with no damage and modest wear. Handle is dead tight. Not a single ding or dent. Stamped on the base sterling 142 along with Tuttle maker's mark and a date mark for 1951. Also stamped by William Fleming London 1725 Reproduction. Nice item. Starts low with .
