U. S. CENTENNIAL INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION STOCK ENGRAVING #1335. THIS PIECE WAS ENGRAVED AND PRINTED BY THE BUREAU OF ENGRAVING AND PRINTING BY GEO W. CASILEAR SUPT. OF ENGRAVING. THE PIECE MEASURES 20" X 24" AND HAS SOME EDGE TEARS AND STAINING THE ENGRAVING IS NOT AFFECTED. THIS WAS ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY IN 1988 AND WAS PRINTED FROM THE ORIGINAL HAND ENGRAVED PLATE IN THE SAME METHOD THAT USED IN 1876 IN A VERY LIMITED EDITION.
