1790 Robinson Crusoe- Complete 3 Volume Set By Daniel De Foe-leather Bindings For Sale
This is a very rare and early edition complete set of "The Life and Adventures of Robinson Crusoe". By Daniel Defoe. There is no year of printing present, but there has been inscribed in pencil to the bottom of one of the title pages the year 1792, which would make sense as the books are definitely 18th century, and due to the use of the old f which appears to be an s, and which was used up until approx 1805. They are all bound in uniform/identical full brown leather bindings, and contain several full page engravings between the three vols. Containing a combined amount of approx 600 pages, with dimensions to each volume of 6.5" x 3.7" x 0.6" thick, and the combined weigh is 435g unpacked.
