……Printed in Worchester Massachusetts, by Revolutionary War Patritot, Isaiah Thomas (1749-1831), this 18th century “Almanack” is in complete, original condition. Thomas was known for playing a critical role in rousing the people of Massachusetts to resist British Rule and his paper “The Massachusetts Spy” lead to his arrest and execution by the British. Measuring 7 ½” by 4 ½” this small Alamanac is titled “Thomas's Massachusetts Connecticut Rhode Island New Hampshire & Vermont Almanack.” This is guaranteed to be a first, 1797 printing of this Almanac and it contains the complete printing of President George Washington’s historic Farewell Address, which was given when he stepped down from the Presidency. … As you can see in our photographs, this almanac is toned overall, and there is some edge and corner damage to the 18thC paper. There are no missing or loose pages, and to make sure some er adds this Rare 18thC Isaiah Thomas Almanack into their collection, it has been listed without any reserve!
