1800's Child's Alphabet Abc Plate Nursery Tales Little Bo Peep - Brownhills Pott:
$140

I am pleased to offer this EARLY CHILD'S ALPHABET ABC PLATE featuring NURSERY TALES and this particular one is LITTLE BO PEEP. They were made by Brownhills Pottery of Staffordshire England in the 1880's. The alphabet and other decor is brown transferware with the scene being bright red, green and gold. It is 6 1/2" in diameter. The back is signed Rd No 75,5000 England. There are no nicks or chips or even crazing so you can only imagine how long this was lovingly put away. The R has a dip in itand if I'd call anything, maybe there is a slight amount of fading on the red which may be understandable since it is over 100 years old. This are highly coveted by collectors so offer with confidence. Start $34.99 NR 1800'S CHILD'S ALPHABET ABC PLATE NURSERY TALES LITTLE BO PEEP - BROWNHILLS POTTERY
