We are pleased to offer this excellent antique French carriage clock which dates from the late 1800s, or possibly early 1900s. It is marked in the centre of the movement backplate \'Made in France\', and carries, what I assume, are the makers initials A.C.C. above this near the top. It is in excellent working condition and a clock collector friend of mine says it\'s keeping good time. A full length of wind I believe is eight days. The brass carriage clock comes with the key. The clock is wound and set by key through the back door. The blued steel hands are excellent. The brass case is very good, and has a nice color - it has hardly any signs of age. All the glass panels are bevelled including the top oval one. These are free from chips and cracks.

This is a very nice clock for one that is over 100 years old. It stands approximately 4-5/32\" tall to the top of the case and 5-1/2\" tall to the top of the handle when it is up. It is just over 3\" wide over the base
