Central vignette of the Second Bank of the United States building in Philadelphia (still standing today at 420 Chestnut St in Philadelphia, see photo). Portraits of famous Americans on left and right borders. David Rittenhouse, William Penn, Thomas Paine at left; Robert Fulton, Benjamin Franklin and Robert Morris at right.
