Kendall\'s Expositor. Washington, March 3, 1841. Vol. 1, No. 3. Small newspaper. 16 pages. First few pages deal with Public Lands policy. Article on a Canadian sheriff who fired on a U.S. Steamship on the orders of British Officers - a U.S. citizen was killed and the sheriff is being tried for murder. Other articles on the Bank of the U.S. List of Homicides and Suicide; more. 16 pages. VG condition. Some edge and corner wear, some soiling by spine, glue remnants at spine where this was disbound. Pages are tight, paper is not brittle. I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my response). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic grading system that we are forced to use. Shipping is $2.50 in the U.S.
