Circa 1845 Political Lithograph by N. Currier titled; \"Death of Gen\'l Andrew Jackson. President of the United States from 1829 - 1837\". Hand watercolored lithograph print with image of the dying President surrounded by his loved ones. Printed text includes the birth and death dates for President Jackson, as well as last words; \"I am in the hand\'s of a merciful god. I have full confidence in his goodness and mercy. The Bible is true.\". Lithograph is published by N. Currier of 33 Spruce St., New York. Entered according to Act of Congress in the year 1845.

Exterior dimensions are about 13-7/8\" x 10\". Unmounted. Condition: paper loss in upper left corner. soiling, damp stains, and edge wear including a few edge tears (the longest being about 1\"). trimmed top and right edges. Please see photos for additional condition review. Questions welcome!
