This is a very good condition vintage 56 pieceSilverplate Flatware Set by 1847 Rogers Bros. The pattern is "Daffodil" which is simply beautiful and perfect for your Easter Dinner! There are no monograms. There are 56 piecestotal. Each pieceis marked:1847 Rogers Bros. "IS" (mark for International Silver Company) and Daffodil.
Very good condition and gleaming with minor cosmetic wear from normal use.

$#@@!& Taxes: New York State law requires that we charge 8.75% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the state of New York and any local pickups.
Returns: Returns as accepted only if the item is determined to not be described accurately in the sale. Contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item to discuss a return on these terms. We do not reimburse shipping. Buyer pays all return shipping fees. Item must be returned within 7 days of getting a Return Authorization Number.
Shipping fee: This item will ship via FedEx Ground to any of the lower 48 states. The flat rate for this appears at the top and the bottom of this sale. We include full insurance coverage where FedEx will apply insurance. Merchandise will ship within 1 business day of the payment confirmation.
Free Shipping fee: In the event we offer Free Shipping it will be the standard service through the USPS to the lower 48 states only! We can not ship Free to Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Handling fees: are included in the flat rate fee you see, we don't inflate shipping, these are hard costs for us. Let me say that this includes the cost of: the box, the peanuts, the bubble wrap (which is always 2 - 4"), any specialty material we may need like foam or wood, then comes the cost of the insurance, the cost of my employees time to pack it (and my employees aren't cheap) and THEN the shipping cost. If you read our response you will never see a complaint about how well an item is packed because we take all the extra precautions... and precautions are costly.
Local Pick-Ups: If you would like to pick up your item at our store located at Room to Spare Storage, 7545 Transit Rd, East Amherst, NY. We are open 7 days a week and typically you can stop by anytime. If we know you are coming we can be sure to have it ready for you. All pickups will be charged 8.75% tax. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, Room to Spare Storages' Online saleeering will send you a shipping confirmation and FedEx will send you tracking information when the item has been scanned at the first warehouse. For all shipments sent via FedEx, tracking information is usually available the next business day after the package has been shipped. You may check the status of your shipment at www.fedex.com or by calling 1-800-Go-FedEx.
Insurance Claim: In the unfortunate event of a shipping insurance claim we will do our best to file the claim for you. We do not reimburse for the item in advance of the claim being paid. That is up to the shipping company and that is what insurance is for.
FedEx doesn't ship to APO or FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes, please let us know your street address and your local phone number as it helps them locate you in a pinch. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST will not be shipped until the next business day. While we do pack them, we aren't able to ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday.

Please be aware that any international buyers are blocked from offerding and will require prior approval to offer as well as a shipping quote from us, please email us prior to the sale ending as typically the shipping and handling on any international shipments are triple the flat rated posted shipping cost in the sale.
For the majority of our international customers (including Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii - which we consider as additional or international shipping - sorry guys), we ship via the US Postal Service (USPS). This method typically requires at least 10 business days to arrive to you. For our international customers, your package will most likely be held at Customs and inspected. After passing inspection, the package is released to your country's respective national mailing service. Historically, we have found the total time for delivery to vary, with some packages arriving within 1 week and others within 1 month. It is also important to note that USPS international shipments are not currently trackable. International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Your charge from Room to Spare Online saleeering includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We also mark all of our packages as merchandise (not gifts) to fall in line with customs practices. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office if you desire further information.
