Description

This is a choice of a dinner knife, dinner fork, salad fork, or place/soup spoon in the pattern of Heritage by 1847 Rogers Bros. International Silver. The dinner knife is the modern hollow style and measures 9 1/2\" in length. The dinner fork measures 7 1/2\" in length. The salad fork measures 6 3/4\" in length. The place or oval soup spoon measures 7 1/4\" in length. All pieces are in very good condition with wear consistent with age. Two dinner knives are in good condition with several small black specks on the stainless steel blade and are priced accordingly.

I make every effort to describe each item and point out any flaws or damage; however, this is not a guarantee. Items are sold in “as is” condition.

Grading-All items are graded according to gilt wear, utensil wear, pattern wear and usage. Chips cracks, crazing, and other defects, if present, will be described separately. The following terms and definitions are used:
Mint - appears to be in unused condition
Very Fine - small marks/ only noticeable upon close inspection
Very Good - small amount of noticeable use marks
Good - large amount of noticeable use marks
Packaging-All breakables are securely packaged with bubblewrap and packing peanuts. Shipping-I ship with USPS and FedEx for all packages.UPS, Express Shipping and shipments to a commercial address can be specifically requested by the buyer. A handling fee may be applied for special shipment needs or requests. I make every effort to combine shipments for more favourable rates.
Refunds- Customer satisfaction is important to me. I will make a reasonable effort to satisfy any customer with a valid claim submitted within three days after receiving the item. This effort may, but not always, include a full refund and return shipping.
Damage Claims- For items damaged in transit: Please notify me right away about damage so the claims process can be initiated. All packaging materials and damaged item must be kept by the buyer in its original form until the claim has been resolved. Photos of the damaged item are required by the seller and must be sent upon request.Failure to respond to these terms may result in claim denial. Refund will be remitted to the buyer upon acceptance and approval of the claim.
Taxes-Kentucky State Sales Tax of 6% will be charged to all packages shipped to a Kentucky address unless a valid resale number is submitted to the seller.
International Buyers-Shipping for international buyers will be by USPSFirst Class or Priority International unless an alternative is specifically requested by the buyer.A handling fee may be applied for special shipment needs or requests.
