EXCELLENT-Almost new, Shows very few signs of being used. May have some light use scratches in the bowls. Most if not all will polish out. May or may not be tarnished.

VERY GOOD-Light wear, small use scratches, may have some spots. May or may not be tarnished.

GOOD-Might have dull patina, scratches common, may have small silver loss (heel wear), Usable for replacements and crafts.

POOR-Lot of wear, handle good with no silver loss. Usable for Arts & Crafts, Art Deco, Jewelry, Pendents, Rings, Bracelets, Wind Chimes, Candle Holders, Curtain Tie Backs, Door Pulls (Sept 2010 Country Living Magazine).
