Set of7 ~1847 Rogers Bros VINTAGE GrapeRound BouillonSpoons~ 1904!

This stunningSet of7 VINTAGE (Grape) PatternRound BowlBouillon Spoonsare inVery GoodCondition with a bright mirror finish-still very shiny!There are monograms on 5 of these spoons and a couple minor dots of heel wear on a couple but are in very nice shape with little evidence of use. These lovelyRound Bowl Bouillon spoons measureabout5 5/8inches and are much smaller than the Round Bowl Gumbo Spoons, very often listed incorrectly. The purpose of the Bouillon Spoonis to enjoy a small bowl of broth or consomme` as an appetizer course, back in the day but could be used in many modern day purposes, where a small round spoon would give an elegant touch.

The highly collected Vintage pattern is absolutely beautiful, with it's lush clusters of grapes with vines and tendrils, in keeping with the Art Nouveau style of the times around the turn of the century, circa 1904. This pattern is very sought after, with the vineyard theme style of decorating which is so popular right now. Thesespoonsare stamped on the back "1847 Rogers Bros XS Triple". These VINTAGERound beautiful and would make an amazing addition to a Vintage flatware set!
