Medium tonal image with light aging/rubbing, mount shows light aging/soiling, corners clipped, Civil War era tax stamp on verso (yellow 2 cent Internal Revenue Express Civil War Era portrait of young lady with arm on jacquard cloth covered table.

J.E. offerdle was active in Poughkeepsie during the Civil War years, another J.E. offerdle is listed in North Hampton, Massachusetts later in the 1860’s.
