All customers will be expected to have read the following prior to offerding or making a purchase:

Payment Conditions:

1. We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. If you are paying with a credit card (not through PayPal), you will need to call us with your credit card number so that your payment can be processed manually.
2. ALL orders must be finalized within 10 days after the end of the 1st sale. Once you have received your grand total, the order can not be changed. If timely payment does not occur within 10 days from the ending date of the sale(s), we reserve the right to file a Non-Paying buyer claim with to regain all fees and commissions associated with the item(s). Once filed, a NPB claim will NOT be retracted unless it was filed mistakenly. If a buyer no longer wants an item and doesn't want a claim filed on them, an arrangement can be made to personally reimburse us for any listing fees associated with the item(s).
3. Ohio residents must pay 6.75% sales tax on all purchases.

Shipping Terms:

1. Shipping costs for coin and currency items are $5.00 for your first item and $1.00 per additional item (up to $10 maximum) in the United States. As a result, we may choose a different shipping method than what is chosen during checkout. Items that are not coins or currency are not under the $5.00 policy and will be charged the actual shipping cost, unless otherwise specified.
2. We Offer combined shipping for all UNPAID items. We allow up to 10 days for combining completed sales and Buy It Now items. When you've won the first item, keep offerding but DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU ARE DONE WINNING ITEMS. Once you are finished winning items, you should go through check out and pay for them. If shipping does not combine automatically at that point, contact us to request an invoice.
3. We ship using UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service). If you require a specific shipping method or expedited shipping, please contact us for a quote. Packages over 70 pounds in weight will always be shipped via UPS.
4. You may choose to pick your item(s) up from our location. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a pickup. Items may only be picked up during our normal business hours.
5. Due to problems with customs, we will no longer ship items Internationally.
6. We are not responsible for any product that is lost or damaged as a result of an act of terrorism, as shipping insurance does not cover it.

response & Returns:

1. Customers who are unhappy with their purchase may return the UNOPENED product (with a return authorization number) within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund of the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us about your return for an authorization number before you send your item(s) back. We can not pay for return shipping for either domestic or foreign shipments.
2. If you have a problem with an item, please contact us before leaving response! Customers who leave NEUTRAL or NEGATIVE response for us will be blocked. In addition, customers who leave derogatory comments in positive response may be blocked as well.
3. Positive response is automatically given in return to those who have given us positive response. Please allow up to 24 hours for positive response to be given to you.

Other Conditions:

1. Considering the large number of sales we are constantly running, we are occasionally out of a product. If we are out of a product, we will contact you and give you a refund as soon as possible.
2. We reserve the right to halt sales to anyone with an outstanding balance of $500.00 or more.
3. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders due to volatile market activity.
