Ca.1865 Stereoview of U.S. President Abraham Lincoln from the E.& H.T. Anthony series "American & Foreign Portrait Gallery." Tiny printed text at bottom front edge of card mount reads: "Entered according to Act of Congress in the year 1865, by E.& H.T. Anthony & Co. in Clerk's Office of the District Court of the U.S. for So. Dis. of New York." View shows tinting to face, eyes and buttons. Prints show light spotting that is visible in the scans. The back of the card mount is blank. The scan is an accurate representation of the stereoview. Vintage stereoviews of Lincoln published this earlyare difficult to find.
