1868 $3.00 NGC AU DETAILS OBVERSE TOOLED VERY RARE INDIAN PRINCESS HEAD GOLD, ONLY 4,875 MINTED and 365 TOTAL graded by NGC!!! EXCELLENT CONDITION RARE OLDER DATE $3 GOLD COIN. This is a very beautiful 1868 Rare Philadelphia Mint gold coin, in great condition, with a strong strike, excellent coin surfaces and MINT LUSTER. NGC graded this coin as Obverse Tooled; the obverse with the Princess Bust was lightly rubbed below the bust, hardly noticeable, and no other major defects on this terrific coin. Only 4,875 of these coins were minted at the Philadelphia mint in 1868, and few of these High Grade coins remain in collections. Highly scarce item and highly desired by collectors!! This coin is very high grade and has strong mint luster and a very pleasing slightly greenish golden lustery appearance. See the attached photos!
