The frame was destroyed but we managed to salvage this pardon and photo. The pardon is in great shape with nophysicaldamage. The signature is very light as you can see from the pictures. I here by authorize and direct the Secretary of State to affix the Seal of the United States to a Warrant for the pardon of William Adams dated this day and signed by me and for so doing this shall be his warrant.
