Attractive small 1/2" diameter with rare Long Arm clasps.

A superb, rare 19th century Victorian 9ct gold on sterling silver Masonic Ball in excellent condition.
The four arm / clasps are of the rare 'long arm type', normally only found on 19th century antique / Victorian examples. Typical of many 19th century Victorian examples the ball is not hallmarked.
The Victorian patent registration date number 26391 / 2 for the year 1885 is stamped on the outer side of the ball.
The ball has a diameter of approx 1/2" (1.2cm). This is an exceptionally small and attractive size seldom found. The open cross size measures approx 1 1/4" x 1" (3.2cm x 2.5cm).
- Condition: Excellent undamaged Regd. 26391 / 2 (Victorian Registration date mark for 1885).
- Size Ball diameter approx 1/2" 6.4 grams.
- Age: Approx 128 years (circa 1885).
