This Beautiful, New Orleans, Louisiana Souvenir Spoon measures approx. 6" long. The handle is cast in the form of a pair of Civil War Rifles which feature an American and a Confederate Flag on the butt of the Rifles. The bowl of the Spoon features an image of the Robert E. Lee Monument at New Orleans, Louisiana with text above and below the image that reads "Lee Monument" / "New Orleans, La". The back of the spoon is marked "Sterling" and carries the Hallmark of The manufacturer - The Watson Co. of Attleboro, Massachusetts.

This very rare and very beautiful, Sterling Silver Civil War Musket Figural Handle Souvenir Spoon is in excellent condition - crisp and beautiful - strongly cast with no significant wear even to the highest spots. We have not cleaned the spoon but offer it here in "as found" condition with light age patina (the spoon will certainly shine up beautifully if the buyer wishes to do so).
