1890's Sterling Silver Goldsmith Stern Co. Gold Folk Art Band Thimble Engraved L For Sale
If you are the high buyer on more then two of my sales please wait until I e-mail you an invoice so you can save on shipping. This is a Gorgeous 1890's Sterling Silver Goldsmith Stern Co. Gold Folk Art Paneled Band Thimble. In the apex it is stamped with STERLING. Around the gold band are ten panels. The one on the front has the size11 and below this is the trademark for Goldsmith Stern & Co. It is an anchor with a rope that Stern calls a fouled anchor. There are five panels with adiamond ofa crossin the middle. Above and below this are diamond and star designs. There are three panels that are plain with diamond designs around it. The last panel is engraved with L. It also has diamond designs around it too. There are no holes, and it is in round. The thimble is 13/16" tall, and the diameter of the opening is 11/16". I have insurance for U.S.A. buyers for .99 cents for $100, and for the international buyers it is $1.25 for $100.00.The only thing I ask of the international buyers is that they please speak English and can communicate with me. I only speak English. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not including in the item price or shipping charges. It is the international buyers responsibility. As far as shipping I will only charge you what the auctual shipping is plus .50 cents for packaging.
