1891 RARE & VERY ORNATE ANTIQUE WATERBURY CARRIAGE CLOCK :

Here we have a truly exceptional antique brass Waterbury carriage clock with greatly detailed ornate design, footed with handle, patented May 6th 1890, Dec. 23rd 1890 and Jan,13 1891. It measures 5 3/8\" tall - ( 6 3/4\" tall with handle up ) 4 3/4\" wide at the base, 3 1/2\" wide at the top and 2\" deep at the base, 2\" deep on the body. It is in excellent condition, looks as though there may have been some small restorative things done - the right bolt securing the handle looks different although I\'m no clock expert so maybe it was manufactured that way. Also on the front two filagree corners it look as though they may have been sottered , again not sure, but wanted to mention my observations. they are minor and hard to detect. This is a beautiful clock from very times gone bye. It would be well worth restoring.
