Attractive design on this William McKinley cotton ribbon with stars and stripes motif and swallowtail end. Shows McKinley’s bust in the center of stars in the top half, with “McKinley” arching over his portrait. Measures about 2.5” wide by a little over 5.25” long. Overall in good condition, with overall soiling and somewhat faded ink, although the surface still glistens with the original sizing. Unlisted in Sullivan & Fischer’s American Political Ribbons and Ribbon Badges.
