Shipping We ship usually within 24 hours during business days. We mark the sale shipped and the confirmation numbers that day. You can go on line and see when your package is shipped. Seller's work VERY VERY VERY hard for their 5 star rating most of the time not even charging the full price of shipping materials. When it asks for shipping time, it does not mean rate the post office, you are rating the seller. So check your delivery confirmation. Also the cost of shipping & handling is beyond a seller's control. The post office sets the prices, not the seller. Again you are not rating the actual shipping price but how true to cost the seller charges. If I mistakenly over charge by more than a dollar I always refund. Items are shipped with a tracking number that makes it easy to go on line and see when it was shipped and received. If grossly misrepresented you can return at your expense. I must be notified within 24 hrs and sent back within 3 days of delivery confirmation. Buyer pays shipping back.
