THROUGH WIRES ONE TIME EVERY DAY TO CORRECT THE TIME TO GET THE BEST ACCURURY FOR THE TIME OF DAY , HOW NEET IS THAT ! ! ! . THE OAK CASE HAS THE NUMBER 23 IN TWO PLACES , WHILE THE NUMBER 37870 IS STAMPED ON THE CLOCK MOVEMENT . THIS CLOCK WAS HAINGING IN A RAILROAD STATION ACORDING TO THE PERSON THAT SOLD IT TO ME . THE CLOCK FACE MEASURES 14 INCHES .
THE BRASS CLOCK MOVMENT HAS a PATENTED DATE OF OCT 4 1898 , BOTH COILS WILL WORK OFF A 1-1/2 volt CELL , THE SINCHRONIZING COILS MEASURE 11.3 OHMS , WHILE THE WINDING COILS MEASURE 4.5 OHMS , IF I MANUALLY MOVE THE PENDULUM LEVER , THE ESCAPEMENT WILL INDEX BY ITSELF , PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PENDULUM IS MISSING , IT LOOKS LIKE IT WILL NEED A CLEANING AND CLOCK OIL TO WORK CORECTLY .
