Here we have an 18ct yellow gold round pendant featuringforty-two small round cutdiamonds of good quality, rub over set on theouter edge of the piece with four slightly larger good quality diamonds set upon the central gold motif; all of whichhang from a belcher chain which itself features anadditional six small round cut diamonds.
