Dinner sized, blue and white transferware ceramic plate with image of Thomas Jefferson in the center labeled: Third President of the United States Father of the Lousiana Purchase. Images on outer border clockwise from top are: Palace of Varied Industries, Palace of Art, Palace of Liberal Arts, Palace of Electricity, and Cascade Gardens.
