Dark green hardcover boards (cloth) with gold text on spine and front board; photograph tipped to front board (woman gathering flowers along a path) is still in excellent condition. Light to moderate wear to extremities of cover boards; bumping particularly to lower spine extreme; light rubbing and spotting from dust and/or moisture to back board. Binding is tight and square; page edges are deckled; very clean interior (appears largely unread); neat gift inscription [dated 1905] on flyleaf; an occasional dust spot; top edge of textblock dyed red (a bit of the dye bled to the top of the first few leaves); no tearing, creasing, or heavy discoloration. Overall, good(+).
