Description
Original appointment document signed by President William Howard Taft and Robert Shaw Oliver, assistant Secretary of War (1903-1913.) Document appointing Wildurr Willing, Captain in the Corps of Engineers. This was aquired at the estate of Brigadier General Alexander M. Willing, Wildurr's son. Authentic document in very good and clean condition, a few minor creases, dimensions are about 15 x 19. Will have to ship flat, heavily protected. Unique addition to collection.
