Here's a nice old advertising postcard for a cereal company !!!I've just taken in on consignment a nice collection of vintage postcards. Check out my other sales throughout the week for other nice cards up for offer! Here is an original advertising post card from around 1910 or so. It is also a piece of black memorabilia, as it pictures a caricature of a young bare footed black girl on stilts carrying a cereal box. Another black child holds a kite that is twisted in the stilts. In the distance is a cabin that reads "Korn-Kinks 5c" on its roof. One stilt has the girls name that reads "Kornelia Kinks". A log reads "Delicious Malted Flakes Ready To Serve". Front of postcard reads "You Smash Dem Kinks, I'll Spoil You Face Chile".A super addition to your early advertising or black memorabilia postcard collection!
Condition is fair to good as shown with upper right corner crease. Back of postcard is undivided and postally unused. Your purchase will be safely shipped in a postcard sleeve inside a rigid mailer. I gladly combine shipping costs on multiple purchases. Best of luck and thanks for offerding!
