This listing is for a circa 1910 set of 6 weighted sterling silver sherbet dessert dishes by Revere Silver Smiths. They measure 2 ¾ inches or 7 cm high, and are 3 ½ inches or 8.8 cm in diameter at the top rim.
They feature a low round foot which supports the tapered stem and low round bowl. The bowls has a ribbed top rim and slightly ribbed bodies. They are marked on the bottoms “REVERE SILVER SMITHS INC. STERLING REINFORCED WITH CEMENT 1075”.
The set is in excellent condition, with only minor surface scratches and one has some denting to the top rim. Please see the many photographs as they are an important part of the description.Please see my other listings for more pieces from this collection.
