This cookbook has a 1912 copyright date and 47 pages ofrecipes that useSnowdrift, the “perfect shortening for all cooking”. It measures 7x5 inches. The front and back covers are printed on heavy cardboard. They have a few tears and stains – please see photos. The interior pages, though yellowed from age, are in excellent condition.It isbound with center staples. The booklet has the smell of age, but it is not an offensive odor. This cookbook was found in the back of a cupboard at my mother’s house – a fun and interesting find for the collector of history.
