VERY ELEGANT 1916 ENGLISH CUT-GLASS AND STERLING SILVER INKSTAND

Description:
Very elegant boat-shaped inkstand, made in Birmingham (1916 – 1917), in sterling silver, with a well of cut-glass and sterling silver fittings. Its slender shape, the smooth cabriole legs, and the pierced geometric decoration of the rim gives this timeless piece a very modern look. Excellent condition.

19.7cm (length) x 10.5cm (width) x 4cm (height; 8cm with the glass well on).
