This note has no and is a pure sale starting at 99 cents. This note is from my personal collection and is in my opinion uncirculated condition with super eye appeal on a rare note. This note has no tears or pinholes and appears to be in perfect and has no other issues that I could find. Please use your own judgement for the grade of this note. I can only tell you that I could not find a single thing to make me think it was ever in circulation. I am also listing several other notes and coins at this time that have all been in me collection fro almost 20 years. The lighter areas in the photos that look like an arch, are not anything that is in or on the note. The first photo has one of these right in the center of the portrait. The were created by the reflection of light when I took the photos. Since I don't ever alter photos I could not remove it. I took these photos 3 different times and just could not get rid of it. So this note really isabsolutely perfect and was the pride of my collection for many years.
