This item is a wonderful,original letter dated 1918, Navy Department, where a very young Franklin D. Roosevelt has signed a letter in thanks for binoculars, but they can\'t be used and re being sent back.....also tipped to the top is a copy of the letter that was originally sent with the binoculars. Letter is 8x11, overall very good condition.
