Early DELCO-LIGHT USED HERE embossed tin sign, Donaldson Art Sign Co. Cov. KY. Original Pennsylvaniabarn find in good antique early vintage condition. Advertising tin sign for the Delco light and power plant that was a small internal combustion generator with battery intended to provide a source of electrical illumination and mechanical power to rural residents (mostly farmers) who were not connected to the electrical grid system. The tin sign probably came with the purchase of the electrical power plant. Dates around the late teens to the 1920\'s. Great rare find in good antique condition with surface dirt, rust, bends, dents, some small holes to the top corners and some tin loss to some of the edges. Colors are dark blue with yellow embossed lettering and yellow stripe border. Measures 13.5\" x 6.5\". Being sold in as found condition. Please see pictures for complete condition.
