This dress is highly unusual and a 1920’s original - not a reproduction! I’ve never seen anything like it!!

Silk, bias cut, with a gentle V neckline, the dress is actually sleeveless however the ruffle feature covers the shoulders. Gorgeous midnight navy blue color! Comes with a spaghetti strap matching under slip that is full length. This completely reminds me of something Ginger Rodgers would have worn - it’s that era, and THAT stunning!

I couldn’t quite capture the beauty and elegance of this gown in photos - in addition there are some panels sewn in to the bottom portion of the dress for extra twirl and drape. There is no manufacturer tag, but this is a size XS or S (bias cut is forgiving) or equivalent to a size 2. There are side snaps but no zipper.

This stunning gown is in amazing shape for being nearly 100 years old!! I spent a small fortune on it in 1983, and it has been in storage ever since.
