Original mid 1920\'sWESTERN ELECTRIC 4-D SUPERHETERODYNEradio. Nice original condition and with all the Western Electrictubes.
A very heavy and extremely well made radio. Thickcopper lined solidwood cabinet, heavy shielded chassis with large transformers. Radio has schematic diagram label attached inside the cabinetback.
Radio is not cleaned or polished, all original condition and displays well. Cabinet has minor stains on the back and minor finish flaking on edges. The wood is tight and solid.The panel is very nice, no chips or cracks, has not been cleaned or touched up. All knobs are great originalcondition and work as they should. The tuning gears and tuners allwork correctly. The chassis isvery clean and complete with no modifications. The unit is untested.
