1924 Rca Radiola Uz-1325 Horn Radio Speaker * Near Mint Condition * Works Great For SaleMake sure to check out all of my sales after you've looked at this one. I'm listing a pretty amazing assortment of mechanical, musical and technological antiques this week, and I suspect there will be something of interest to almost everyone. Here's a 1924 RCA Radiola UZ-1325 horn loudspeaker. The speaker is in near mint condition, and it still works great. Paint on the base is nearly perfect, and the original driver cord has virtually no fraying. Metal tips are still firmly planted in the cotton sheathing. Miller hard rubber horn has no warps or discoloration. Diaphragm slider still works properly, raising and lowering the volume as it's moved back and forth. No rust on the original metal Radiola tag, and the felt on the underside of the base is still in excellent condition. You will have to look long and hard to find a nicer Radiola loudspeaker. It's the perfect mate for either the RCA Radiola III or the RCA RA/DA (both of which I'm listing in separate sales this week.)The speaker stands approximately 27" tall and has a bell diameter of approximately 12". Shipping weight, properly packed, will be approximately 15 lb. That's about it. I'll pack carefully and get the speaker to you safely. I have been shipping antique phonographs and radios for years, and if you check my response, you'll see that I know how to do it correctly. Buyer prepays and includes shipping. If you're offerding from overseas, please contact me in advance for a shipping quote. And please note that the speaker cannot be shipped to countries on which the USPS places 79" (length plus girth) package size restrictions. Finally, I cannot understate the value of the package for customs purposes or declare that it is a gift, which it obviously is not.
