For your consideration:
An exquisite SETH THOMAS Cymbal #2 eight day time and strike mantle clock circa 1920's.I believe it is entirely original and nothing has been removed, added or altered.
This clock is in close to mint condition. There are no cracks, chips, or dents on this beautiful Mahogany case only some very minor tiny scratches in the bottom back wood case. I cannot put into words the absolute beauty of this Mahogany case. The wood grain is amazing and has to be seen in person to be truly appreciated. The rich Mahogany case retains it's original deep shine. The design of the case is a masterpiece of thoughtful design and workmanship.
SETH THOMAS is printed in block letters below the fine tuning arbor, and MADE IN U.S.A. at the bottom of the dial. Below center is a very small winding arbor for the fine tuning of the clock with a "S" for slower to the left and a "F" to the right for faster. This movement is all brass and is signed by SETH THOMAS See Picture Four Top left hand side of the inside of the door, it is engraved directly onto the wood and dated. This is as good as it gets!
The clock is in running order and is keeping good time. All of the screws, latches, hingesand wood joins are very tight and secure.
Located on the bottom of the case is the original Cymbal #2 sticker still intact.
The dimensions are as follows: 20 1/2" left to right, 5 3/4" wide, and 9 1/2" tall. This stunning clock is a collectors dream or would make a stately addition to any room or office. As with all antique clocks it may require minor adjustment after shipping. Key is included in this sale.

Please remember to scroll down to the end of the listing, as there are times I receive questions and they will be answered there. Or there may be a offer on the item, so I have added an addendum to the description for something that I may have forgotten.
Please keep in mind that I'm not selling new items. They usually are antique or vintage, can be a hundred or more years old and have been gently used. Edge wear on gold and silver is to be considered as normal and the usual. Also, please remember that old glass and porcelain were not manufactured with the sophisticated technology that we have today, therefore there may be glaze pops, black pin dots, and minor factory flaws, and will be pointed out either in photo or print.
Approximate sizes are always included in the description. Please examine the photos carefully; as they are to be considered part of the description, and read the description and ask all questions before offerding.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding/buying.
