Read All Terms Carefully before offerding
If there is a shipping fee
associated with this item, and if you purchase more than one item which have
shipping fees, I do combine fees to lower them as much as possible. I do ship
all items USPS First Class mail. So, if the item package weighs 1 ounce or
less, the USPS rate for this domestically is 46c, and there is no tracking
number available at the First Class rate for what USPS considers letter size
envelope. Tracking numbers are only available for what USPS considers First
Class package size envelopes, and the rate through 's deal with USPS is
$1.69 for the first 3 ounces. In order for me to continue shipping so many of
my items FREE, they have to be shipped at the 46c rate.
Cancellations & Descriptions
If the listed item is a used
stamp, all cancellations should be considered to be black colored unless
otherwise noted to be another color.
Finally, there are times
where I might miss something in a description which is noticeable in the
picture or pictures, and then there are times when something may not show in
the picture or pictures but is pointed out in the description. So, it is important to definitely review
both the description and the picture, not just one or the other.
Please Note: You
are buying based on the description above, which is my personal visual
perception of the lot, and the pictures posted with this listing. Please read
the following carefully: Although I make every effort to correctly describe or
attribute items, occasionally description errors do happen, and in such cases I
always accept an item back and will make full refund so long as I am notified
of the situation within fourteen days of lot receipt.
If you are buyer who is
seeking absolute perfection with the item you are looking to offer on, please
contact me before offerding detailing the imperfections you do not want the item
to have. I have a number of buyers who do just this, and it helps me greatly
in making sure they get what they want.
Second, if for any reason
there is a problem with an item after the sale, please
contact me immediately by email, before doing anything else,
so that I can work with you to fix the problem as best possible. As nearly all
my buyers will attest, I am very straight forward with problems. Because I ship
nearly all of my items USPS First Class mail (the 1 ounce 46c domestic rate for
the most part), over past 1.5 years about one item a month, sometimes two, will
go missing in the USPS system. Sounds like it is a lot, but I have shipped
300-500 items a month over the past 1.5 years, so I guess my USPS shipping
losses are to be somewhat expected. Also,
if it is a screw up on my part (don't like making mistakes but I do), I will
admit to this and again do my best to work it out with you.
At this time, I only accept PayPal.
Also note that if you decide to pay by PayPal eCheck, I will ship your item
only after your eCheck clears through PayPal. Payment would be appreciated within 5 business days
of sale end. If you need more time than this, please email me with expected
payment date. A good example of this is: I have many buyers who offer in a subsequent
sale or sales I am holding, and they email to let me know this so that
all items they win can be combined into one shipment which means payment will
be delayed until the subsequent sale or sales end.
